Prenatal Yoga ~ NO CLASSES IN JULY
Prenatal yoga helps you move through the transformations of pregnancy with joy and ease. Prenatal yoga has been proven beneficial in preparing the body for labor, birth, and recovery. Poses are chosen to promote strength, flexibility, and mental strength and calmness. The classes also provide a very loving, community atmosphere for mothers-to-be. Beginners welcome.

Michelle Timek teaches vinyasa, restorative and prenatal yoga in Jersey City to beginner and intermediate levels. Her prenatal classes are heartfelt and fun and will help you prepare both physically and mentally for childbirth. Her classes create a sacred space for "Moms to be" to make friends, share birth plans and rejuvenate.
Michelle will help you achieve proper posture and alignment while encouraging you to challenge yourself at whatever place you are in that given moment. And most importantly, she will remind you to always BREATHE!
