Mommy & Baby Yoga ~ Mondays at 1:30pm
Postnatal yoga classes are for mom & infant to enjoy together. This class is intended to help women regain their strength after childbirth and discover ways to integrate yoga into their busy days. It is also an opportunity for Mom's to form an even stronger bond with their baby, connect with other moms and share birth stories and parenting tips. Beginners welcome.
Good for ages 3 months up through little crawlers!
